The eyeliner features a brush tip applicator that easily coats the eyebrows with the tint and allows you to shape the eyebrows as desired. During application, it is easy to remove excess of product or clean any mistake with a cotton bud before the product starts to set. The gel tint should be left to set for at least 20 minutes or, for super long wear, set the product for up to two hours. How to use
