Apply Esthederm Excellage Balm-Cream in the morning and evening, to the face and neck. Remove a small amount of cream and rub it into your fingertips. Apply to each area of the face by pressing your hands for 3 seconds on the skin. Then, use the tips of your thumb and forefinger to gently pinch each area for 10 seconds. Finally, press your hands on your cheeks and under your eyes to drain the skin. Repeat several times, moving your hands to the sides of your face as you press and inhale.
